We enter into a contract with the client for the provision of services or the production of goods. The contract specifies all the details of the order, including:
– exact dimensions and specifications of the product; – names of materials and fittings; – color codes of the materials; – production timelines; – payment terms and other important details.
For furniture orders, a 50% advance payment of the total order amount is required. Only after receiving the advance payment do we proceed with the production of your order. Subsequent payment stages are outlined in detail in the contract and are agreed upon with the client before work begins.
warranty
Upon signature of the agreement and manufacturing of your products, the manager of our showroom will contact you and will agree on the date of delivery of the furniture and its installation. Delivery of the furniture is carried out not later than within one week from the date of receipt of information on readiness.
The warranty period of the furniture is 24 months.
The warranty covers the defects caused by the manufacturer.
Warranty service is not performed if:
– the warranty period has expired; – the customer delivers furniture by himself; – the customer wants to install the furniture by himself; – the rules for the use of furniture were violated; – there is mechanical damage; – the permissible loads on mechanisms were exceeded; – the traces of extraneous interference are present!
