Veneered facades

Veneered facades are an excellent alternative to solid wood, combining the aesthetics of natural wood with the practicality of modern materials. Veneer is made from thin slices of precious wood species such as oak, ash, walnut, cherry, or exotic woods. These thin sheets are glued onto a base (such as chipboard, MDF, or solid wood) using high-quality adhesives in a hot-pressing process.

Advantages of veneered facades:

1) Aesthetics: Veneered surfaces look noble and natural, preserving the texture, color, and unique grain of the wood. This allows for the creation of interiors with a warm and cozy atmosphere.

2) Durability: Thanks to modern processing technologies and protective coatings (varnishes, oils), veneered facades are resistant to scratches, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.

3) Eco-Friendliness: Veneer is made from natural wood, making it safe for health and the environment.

4) Versatility: Veneered facades can be used in various interior styles—from classic to modern minimalism. They easily combine with other materials such as glass, metal, or stone.

5) Affordability: Compared to solid wood, veneered facades are more affordable while visually almost indistinguishable from natural wood.

Laminate

Laminated Particleboard (Laminated Chipboard, LDB) is a material made from particleboard covered with a decorative laminate. The lamination process not only enhances the board's appearance but also improves its performance characteristics. LDB is ideal for furniture production due to its strength, durability, and wide variety of textures and finishes. The material is easy to process, making it versatile for various applications.

We use only high-quality laminate from the Austrian manufacturer Egger, known for its high standards and environmental safety. Egger laminate is renowned for its durability, resistance to mechanical damage and moisture, as well as a wide range of finishes—from classic wood textures to modern solid colors and glossy surfaces.

Advantages of Egger LDB:

1) High surface strength, resistance to scratches and wear.

2) A wide selection of finishes, updated annually with new designs.

3) Environmental safety (complies with the E1 standard).

4) Resistance to temperature changes and humidity.

Painted MDF

Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is characterized by higher strength and a wider range of thicknesses compared to particleboard. It is produced by dry pressing wood fibers at high temperature and pressure, resulting in a dense and uniform material.

MDF is a modern and versatile solution for furniture manufacturing. It can be painted using high-quality enamels, offering a variety of surface finishes. The material is available in different textures, including matte, glossy, and pearlescent surfaces. MDF is highly durable and resistant to external influences, making it ideal for both residential and commercial furniture.

Thanks to multiple layers of varnishing, the lifespan of MDF furniture is significantly extended. Additionally, MDF is easy to machine, allowing for intricate designs and smooth edges, which makes it a preferred choice for high-end furniture and decorative elements.

Reeded Panels

Paneling provides an exceptionally beautiful and luxurious appearance. It is a key decorative element for facades and doors, available in a variety of relief forms. Paneled facades are resistant to deformation over time while maintaining a natural and elegant look.

Painted MDF facades are a modern and versatile solution for furniture design. They are available in a wide range of thicknesses, from 10 mm to 40 mm, making them suitable for various types of furniture, from lightweight interior elements to robust cabinet doors. These facades can be customized with frescoed handles (integrated hand grips) or decorative milling, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal. For classic-style furniture, MDF facades can be intricately milled to create elegant patterns and profiles, replicating the look of traditional wood carvings.

Aluminum Frame Cabinet Doors

Aluminum Profile Facades are a modern and stylish solution for furniture, combining aesthetics and functionality. They consist of an aluminum frame around the perimeter and a filler, which can be made of glass (transparent, decorative, or colored), plastic, MDF, or particleboard.

Aluminum profiles are available in various sizes and widths, allowing them to be adapted to specific designs and facade characteristics. The profiles can come in original colors such as black, silver, or gold, or be painted according to the RAL catalog, offering endless possibilities for custom design.

These facades are known for their high strength and durability due to the metal base, as well as their resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations. They are ideal for use in kitchens, wardrobes, and other furniture where both aesthetics and practicality are important.

A particularly popular feature is the integrated lighting, which adds a modern and sophisticated touch to the furniture.
